MILESTONES
2004
Christian Leuenberger founds the sole proprietorship “C. Leuenberger Technik”. Working together with his wife, Helene, he builds the business with pioneer spirit and great determination. The production of turning, drilling and milling parts and the repair and maintenance of mechanical machines already forms the core of business activity.
2005
The team grows continuously, in line with growing sales volumes. Walter Leuenberger (brother of Christian) is hired as an employee and later as workshop manager.
2006
As a future-oriented business, C. Leuenberger Technik engages in learning activities. The apprentices become EFZ (Swiss Federal Proficiency Certificate) Precision Mechanics or Production Mechanics.
2011
C. Leuenberger Technik takes over the Susten slate cutter product range from Susten Metall AG. Part production and assembly of the Susten slate cutters is optimally integrated into in-house production thanks to existing equipment, the operational, optimised machine park and the associated quality. The development, production and marketing of this quality Swiss product is continued by C. Leuenberger Technik
2014
10-year anniversary celebrations can begin. The sole proprietorship is converted to the stock company Leuenberger Technik AG. Management of the business remains in the hands of Helene and Christian Leuenberger.
2015
Leuenberger Technik AG takes over the production and sale of plasterers’ spatulas from Susten Metall AG.
2017
